Foundation and Discovery Package
If you’ve ever been curious as to what it’s like to work with a professional aromatherapist, I’ll discuss briefly the outline for what to expect- with me, anyway.
The first session takes the longest and includes a medical intake.
It’s important to allow about an hour to discover the things that are most pressing concerns for you. Yes, I’ll ask you a lot of questions- but they help to uncover what type of plan will ensure our success in managing (if not solving) your problem. We’ll narrow down one or two specifics that you want to address right away.
You will be asked to provide a list of your current medications and supplements. Depending on your age, history and current situation, I would not be using certain essential oils in your plan.
Introducing: The Foundation and Discovery Package
This is a brand new consultation package that is now available for my clients. It includes:
- Intake session (1 hour) + custom blend + shipping (if needed)
- Followup session #1 (half hour) + custom blend+ shipping (if needed)
- Followup session #2 (half hour) + custom blend + shipping (if needed)
There are two follow up sessions are included with this package. This allows for checking in and progress assessment, as well as next steps.

The foundation and discovery package time frame allows for the three sessions to occur within 1-2 months.

Professional Background
I’ve been a practicing clinical aromatherapist since 2015. I’m a professional member of the Canadian Alliance of Aromatherapy (CAOA). My approach to solving challenges, issues, or concerns will be a conservative one, using common sense, practical options.
I will work with your individual aroma preferences and methods of application routes to ensure that you can follow our plan protocol once you get home. I’ll never make a custom blend for you containing lavender if you really dislike that smell. There would be no point in doing so- your protocol should not be something you hate following.
Your custom protocol plan will almost certainly involve essential oils, but we can also reach for other options such as tea blends, herbal oils or tinctures (herbal extracts). It will depend on your individual situation how we proceed.
Philosophy
My operational philosophy is grounded in practical, chemistry based, results oriented practices. I believe that each person has intrinsic value, and is uniquely created. My goal is to walk alongside you and support your efforts as you work toward accomplishing your health goals.
Things I am:
You’ll find me a good listener. I care a great deal about your outcome, and your process, and how you get there.
I am respectful of the resources placed on the earth for our use. I don’t waste our precious resources, nor will I incorporate endangered plant species into products.
Things I am not:
I am not a spirit guide, chakra healer, reiki practitioner, etc. If you are looking for an experience that involves those types of modalities, you’ll be better served working with someone else.
Package cost and how to pay
You don’t need to pay until we decide to go ahead and book your sessions. Once you get booked in, you will prepay for the package by e-transfer ahead of your first session.
Cost for Foundation and Discovery package: $300 + GST
